the right time to marry

If you ask my opinion as a parent, and a medical practitioner, I would say the ideal age for girls should be 16+ and boys 19+. that would prevent a lot of eloping, unnecessary experimentation leading to batches of unwed mothers waiting for abortion at clinics, and a high rise in the number of HIV carriers.
Wont the kids make mistakes? Of course, they will. But at least, they will have plenty of time to rectify them selves, and to go on with life. This hush-hush subterfuge and hypocrasy about mating would end healthily. Besides, in  lower economy circle, the legal age is not abided by in 90% of cases. The more we move away from nature's cyclea, more  huge the problems become. Once sex becomes something ordinary and a chore like brushing and bathing, the media hype would stop confusing the young minds. After all, it was not invented at Newyork, packaged in Hollywood and delivered to the third world countries. The earlier we can convey this to young minds , the better.
Then, our moral caretakers would stop chirping their hypocritic protests about sex education and health education too.Surely, married couples could not be barred from a doctor's counselling? Then, if the kids think they do not want to stay togather? There should be sympathetic and easy way to help them take necessary legal actions.Instead of this legal and straight way, what we are having is so-called dating and affairs, which are no less intense than a marriage but always with the leery shadow of being out-of-wedlock. It breeds lack of mutual respect, absence of a responsible approach towards a physical relation, and young minds shrink with a guilty feeling ;tainting the very beautiful feeling of a love's first awakening.
